Who we are

I’m Liz, and I hold space for the women who hold space for everyone else. The kind of space where masks are not required and your true voice can rise, where listening is sacred and leadership isn’t a performance but an internal pulse.

My path has been long and winding, beginning in the arts, detouring into construction and design and eventually finding its home in the discipline of clinical psychology, the invitation of Conversational Leadership (David Whyte) and the connectedness of ritual and circle work.

I’ve sat with people as crisis and heartbreak crack them open, and held their systems as thresholds have been breached. My work is not about ‘fixing’ as no one is broken, but it is to walk beside them as they find a truth that is theirs alone. My own journey towards Self has been the crucible of my work - I’ve navigated my own inner and outer architecture and faced the parts that strived to achieve, over-functioned and quietly burned out. I am no different to any of my clients.

I draw on the inner ecology of parts (Internal Family Systems, IFS), the elements of Conversational Leadership, the anchoring of somatic practice, and the timeless pull of poetry, archetype, and ancient wisdom. These threads weave together into spaces that can be both fierce and tender — where women can strip away the inherited scripts, reclaim the rhythm of their own timing, and lead from a place that feels alive and true.

The Six Chambers of Emergent Leadership was born from a need I have and a need I see everywhere: women with depth and capacity, longing for a space where we don’t have to explain ourselves. A space that is cyclical, somatic and sacred. A space in which to be witnessed and returned to the parts of ourselves that leadership (in whatever form), survival and responsibility asked us to tuck away.

We’ll spiral through an archetypal journey, rooting into your ground, listening for what’s calling, daring the fire, finding your voice, stepping into sovereignty and knowing when to let go.

This is not a ‘leadership program’, it’s a rite of passage for the times we’re in, and for the times that are coming…

I am supported by a small team of incredible beings - some of whom you may meet along the way.
